Saint John, NB – August 19, 2025 — Early-bird tickets are now available and nominations are open for the 2025 InnovateNB Celebration & Awards, taking place Thursday, November 27 at the Saint John Trade & Convention Centre. Now in its fourth year, InnovateNB gathers innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers, and public-sector leaders from across New Brunswick for an evening that celebrates the people and ideas shaping the province’s future.
Presented by TechImpact, the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation (NBIF), the McKenna Institute at the University of New Brunswick, Propel, and economic development partner Envision Saint John, the evening begins with a 5:00 p.m. networking reception (includes one drink ticket), followed by a three-course dinner and awards ceremony from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. The program also includes the recognition of this year’s InnovateNB Hall of Fame inductee.
“InnovateNB celebrates the people turning bold ideas and technology into real solutions for our communities,” said Cathy Simpson, CEO of TechImpact. “We’re shining a light on innovators who build, implement, and make a tangible difference across New Brunswick.”
Nominations are open across nine categories, including the new Beacon Award for Women in Innovation & Leadership (new in 2025), as well as Emerging Innovator, Inclusivity & Empowerment, Innovative Product or Service, Startup of the Year, Scale-up of the Year, Impact Innovation, Public Sector Transformation, and Innovation in Academia and Research. Nominations close September 29, 2025. Nominations can be made online here.
Early-bird tickets are available until Wednesday, October 1, 2025, for both individual seats and tables of eight. Tickets available on the InnovateNB Website.
