Discovery
The discovery phase focuses on gaining an extensive understanding of your customers, industry, competitors, and current state technology and processes. We’ll interview end users, internal stakeholders, and other subject matter experts to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement. This is a critical step in deeply understanding the problem before diving into solutioning.
Strategy & Roadmap
The outcome will be a high-level, visual plan that communicates your organization's digital strategy to help you make strategic decisions around your technical infrastructure. We will work with you to identify your strategic objectives, plan for the future, define your functional needs and priorities, measure costs, and establish realistic timelines.
