Pragmatic Solutions helps entrepreneurs thrive by assisting them to adopt the digital infrastructure they need to grow without losing themselves in the process. Our digital maturity assessment services are meant to give our clients clarity and confidence around where they should improve with the greatest ROI and healthiest impact on their team, bottom line and future. Pragmatic Solutions specializes in long-term integrated support services to help maintain changes and fill in team skills gaps. We do not believe our clients should have to do it all, even if it needs to be done.

We talk about goals, problems, and passions within our discovery calls until the details on the best option for our clients become clear. We do not believe every business needs to figure out all details and that they should be able to focus on what brings the most value. We help organizations get out of their own “weeds.”
Digital Maturity Assessment: Our assessment takes a pulse of an organization’s digital positioning and infrastructure. It identifies strategies and tools to increase their bottom line, boost productivity, regain capacity (and mental health) and stay competitive in today’s digital environment. Our process involves a unique combination of consulting, research, and objective personality assessment tools, all aimed at discovering optimization, automation, and advancement opportunities that will work with the entrepreneur and team as much as the organization's growth goals.
Collaboration: When appropriate, we collaborate with more technology-focused companies for deeper specialized knowledge. Our greatest expertise is understanding the human entrepreneur and designing their digital roadmap to fit their unique personality, strengths, goals, and values.
Other Services: We offer specific projects around process documentation, software implementation, team training, change management, process improvement and a suite of longer-term virtual support services.
Levi Lawrence is the founder and lead entrepreneur at Pragmatic Solutions, which started in 2017 as Pragmatic Business Consulting before pivoting to include more long-term support services complementing their consulting in late 2019.
Levi is an enthusiastic problem solver. His ongoing drive is to tackle complex problems with an eye to improving the region around him.
While his background is originally anchored in the food and beverage, hospitality and e-commerce industries, over the past 12 years, he has become even more passionate about business and brand development, entrepreneurial thinking, solving complex problems and communications. He grew a company, Real Food Connections, from initial concept to multi-location, multi-sector enterprise in the food space from 2009 to 2016. He has continued developing himself through the Wallace McCain Institute’s Entrepreneurial Leaders Program (both a 2013 alumni and currently contracted moderator), mentorship activities and collaboration with like-minded entrepreneurs.
Rounding out his passion for business development and problem-solving is a lifelong interest in other cultures, travel, and continuously learning new things. Working with newcomer entrepreneurs and students as they build new lives in his community is a particular passion in recent years.
